This workshop provides an introduction to the basics of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and practical strategies for addressing challenging behaviors in school settings. Participants will learn to understand the WHY behind behavior, encourage appropriate behavior through reinforcement, and respond to difficult behavior situations, all in a digestible format that educators and professionals working with children can utilize to improve student and staff interactions and promote a positive and supportive site culture.
