Participants will learn the types, causes, and effects of common stress, as well as why humans need this response. The discussion will continue with the physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral signs of stress, where individuals can pinpoint their own triggers and cues to help better apply the management techniques. To conclude, participants will create a self-care plan they can implement for their future well being.
