MUSD participates in the CSESAP program every year. We have approximately 650 classified employees qualifying with an average of 70% applying to participate. This workshop will inform the advantages of participating in this state program.
This workshop provides an introduction to the basics of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and practical strategies for addressing challenging behaviors in school settings. Participants will learn to understand the WHY behind behavior, encourage appropriate behavior through reinforcement, and respond to difficult behavior situations, all in a digestible format that educators and professionals working with children can utilize to improve student and staff interactions and promote a positive and supportive site culture.
