My name is Deanna Medina. I have been in education for twenty-one years. I was born and raised in Madera and attended Millview Elementary, Thomas Jefferson, and Madera High School. I am the youngest of four children. Upon graduating from Madera High, I attended CSU Fresno, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, BCLAD Multiple Subject, Special Education Specialist Teaching Credentials, and a Master of Arts in Special Education. I continued my education at Fresno Pacific where I earned a PPS Credential and a Masters of Arts in School Psychology. I have served Madera Unified for eighteen years as a bilingual paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, School Psychologist, and Program Specialist. I love what I do and am blessed to work in Madera Unified where I can give back to my community.
