I am a Community Support Specialist with the Health & Wellness department. With over 8 years experience working for Madera Unified, I have to come to realize the importance of sharing knowledge and helping train others for the benefit of our students, families, and community. I do have a Masters in Communications that has shaped my focus on conflict resolution and effective communication styles that can transform interactions and environments. I have a passion for helping those in most need and am a firm believer that all it takes is the right person to take the time to listen in order to feel seen and valued.
