About me
Linda Negrete is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Madera Unified School District, Health and Wellness Department. Mrs. Negrete provides individual counseling and family support as needed to students and families, alongside consulting and collaborating with school personnel to support social/emotional wellbeing. Mrs. Negrete, graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2006 with Masters in Social Work and PPS credential. Mrs. Negrete has provided mental health services for children and families for over 12 years, in various clinical settings such as Madera County Behavioral Health, Sierra Vista Child and Family Services, and United Health Centers. She has worked as a clinician for children in emotionally disturbed classrooms, provided therapeutic interventions for children 0-5, conducted and facilitated parenting classes, as well as provided therapeutic supports in school based clinic.
