About me
Mary Siegl has been working with the Madera Unified School District since the Personnel Commission was approved in 2008, serving as a Human Resources Specialist dealing with interview panels, recruitment, examination, and selection plans, Personnel Commission rules, policies, and procedures. Most recently, she was promoted to Human Resource Specialist Lead in 2020 and now serves as Personnel Specialist Lead to the Personnel Commission staff.
Mary has over 17 years of Human Resources experience, which includes 2 years of working in Workers’ Compensation Insurance. She serves on the Classified Professional Development Committee and has been a member for the last five years. Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Human Resource Management, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
